This thrilling and reliable South African Chenin Blanc displays aromas of stone fruit and orange blossom that lead to flavors of honey, ripe citrus, and blood orange. Sustainably-grown, dry-farmed, grapes are hand-picked from old, un-irrigated bush vines. Most of the wine is fermented in stainless steel while about a quarter of the wine is typically fermented in older casks and large foudres. ‘Secateurs’ are the tools used to cut and shape vines.
