A diversity of approaches is on display in this complex wine, including both destemmed and whole cluster fermentations, native and inoculated fermentations, and both shorter and extended macerations.

The wine was aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, of which 18% were new.

"There are lush red cherries and delicate baking spices on the nose, along with sneaky hints of lavender and honeysuckle. This is positively vibrant on the palate, bursting with freshness. The texture is supple with smooth tannins leading into the finish."
