A classic Cabernet in structure and finesse, Auspicion Cabernet is loaded with ripe berry and plum aromas. After the harvest, the wine is racked into used French oak barrels and ages for ten to twelve months before bottling resulting in juicy black fruit, silky tannins, and a lingering finish accented by touches of chocolate, toffee, and vanilla.
