This extension to the Bernheim brand means you can now enjoy a premium Wheat Whiskey at full barrel proof. Like the original, Bernheim Barrel Proof is produced at the Bernheim Distillery and is the first wheat whiskey to use winter wheat as its primary grain, giving it a soft, sweet flavor that’s extra smooth. Released twice a year, each offering is aged for seven to nine years in our open-air rickhouses. This is a chance to experience our unique wheat mashbill in its pure form: non-chill filtered and bottled at barrel proof.

Bernheim Barrel Proof B923 is a high-proof, small-batch bourbon produced by Heaven Hill Distillery. It is named after the Bernheim Distillery, which was founded in 1872 in Louisville, Kentucky. The B923 batch is one of the latest releases of this bourbon, and it is bottled at a whopping 60.2% ABV (120.4 proof). It is aged for 7 to 9 years and has a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, and spice. This bourbon is highly sought after by whiskey enthusiasts and collectors due to its limited availability and high quality.
