Meet the newest addition to the Black Infusions family. Gold Apricot follows the same process as Black Fig. We start with a gluten-free spirit base made from corn. Then filter it through charcoal, and next through lava rock. That’s what makes it so smooth. But here comes the best part…we add whole, dried California apricots and let it sit. After four to six weeks of natural infusion, the liquid is then only lightly filtered so it retains its natural flavor profile and light golden hue. Then we bottle! That’s it. No mass production.
