Prosecco possessing less than 12 grams of residual sugar per liter; this is drier than the more common and confusingly titled "extra dry" denomination. This sleekly packaged and honestly crafted wine is an excellent choice for mixing as it starts with a little less sweetness and thus leaves room for the natural sugars in O.J. and other adjuncts. Please don't think of Terra Serena as being only for mixing however. The quality here is outstanding: crisp and bright with pleasant apple and pear tones and a soft, creamy mousse. Perfect for casual sipping, getting the night (or morning) off on the right foot and inspiring celebrations. All for ten bucks? I'd call that a serious bargain!
