WINEMAKER NOTES: A very cool, delicious Rosé. Pure, vibrant, fresh, penetrating perfume giving way to rose flowers, guava, tangerine, and passion fruit. Very silky on the palate, this Rosé is irresistible.
VINIFICATION: The grapes were selected from vineyards in the coast of Chile on three different types of soil; sandy, granitic and clay. Each soil type brings a different element to the wine resulting in a great balance of fruit, freshness, and depth. First, the grapes are carefully destemmed, then pressing is performed progressively so that freerun and first press juices may be selected in order to obtain a pale, delicate color.
Fermentation is conducted at low temperatures to encourage freshness and the wines are aged on fine lees with occasional stirring for complexity and lenght.
ORIGIN: Central Valley, Chile
