Delicate on the nose, with whiffs of fresh lemon and lime, fresh cream, and river rock. The palate shows light and fresh, as well, with a bit of white grapefruit skin. Light bodied, the acidity is bright but gentle, and the finish lean and dry, with fine green herbs. I'd happily keep this in an ice bucket on a sunny day to sip as an aperitif, but it'll pair beautifully with grilled or steamed white fish, shrimp, or citrus marinated chicken. 13% ABV-- Store Notes
