This is the second label of the talented Huia team who source organic fruit from vineyards outside the winery's biodynamic estate. This wine offers a beautifully perfumed nose of stone fruit, lime leaf, passion fruit, freshly sliced fig, dried green herbs and a touch of snow pea. It's the palate that seals the deal: A lovely, chalky texture is kissed by acidity, and there's a feeling of something mineral and saline to add complexity to the juicy, pristine fruit.
