TASTING NOTES - The juice is classic California Cabernet Sauvignon, and by that we mean juicy and fruit forward, but still restrained and not loaded up with oak. Easy sippin' and medium-bodied with notes of black currant, stewed plum, blackberry, and a hint of mint. Notes of smoke and forest floor emerge on the long, layered finish. Complicated and nuanced in all the right ways.
