This demi-sec (medium dry) wine, produced from Chenin Blanc grapes in France’s Loire Valley, has just a touch of sweetness balanced by crisp acidity. La Forcine Vouvray is soft, ripe, aromatic, and voluptuous, with pronounced notes of apple and a zingy, citrusy finish. At its best in the company of fish or goat cheese. You simply won’t find a more elegant Vouvray at this price point.
