Medicinal, sea-weedy, with a touch of estery sweetness, this idiosyncratic and beautiful scotch reminds one of the south shore of Islay with the fresh sea lapping against the side of the distillery walls. Medium bodied, on the palate there is an oily taste with a saline, seaweed note and a touch of sweetness for balance. A very dry and long finish.
