The father to Pinotage and once the stalwart red variety of the South African wine industry, Cinsault has been recently rediscovered by Cape winemakers who want to create superbly drinkable wines marked by red fruit and spice aromas.Unfiltered and vegan, this wine starts with aromas of earthy, wild strawberries. The palate is light-medium in body with a soft finish. Aged 70% in a 'concrete egg' and 30% aged in French Oak, Natte Valley's fermentation keeps this Cinsault neatly balanced. Brilliant structure that ages with the best of them. FOOD PAIRING: Durban-Style Bunny Chow
