Structured by fine, firm tannins and well-integrated acidity, and a balanced finish. We love to pair this food friendly wine with grilled beef or portabella mushroom dishes. Or just sipping with friends. The majority of fruit is sourced from the world class vineyards Horse Heaven Hills AVA, on the Columbia River gorge in the Columbia Valley. Aged for 15 months in a combination of 20% new and 80% used French oak barrels.
