Grape: Chenin Blanc
Tasting Notes: Floral, Green Apple, Melon, Lemon
The warm and dry Robertson Valley, home to this winery of the same name, is further inland than most vineyards in South Africa, but the Breede River, running through it, provides a cooling influence helping create this smooth, crisp, well-balanced Chenin Blanc. There are lots of fruits on the refreshing palate such as citrus, green apple, honeydew melon, guava, pineapple, apricot, and peach as well as white flowers. Enjoy now with vegetarian dishes, seafood, smoked salmon, roast chicken or with a lovely summer's day outdoor lunch.
