Saldo was created to feature the outstanding fruit sourced from Dry Creek, Lodi, and Amador, where Zinfandel has thrived for decades. Dark ruby color with bold aromas of blackberry, plum and clove. The entry is rich and full, with juicy acidity encircled in flavors of Mexican chocolate, cherry and vanilla extract. Voluptuous and persistent finish with smooth tannins. Blend: 85% Zinfandel; 15% Petite Sirah and Syrah.
