The wine is made from a number of small vineyards (a total of 17 hectares) in the Bassa Atesina area of the northern most region in Italy by the Austrian border, Trentino-Alto Adige, which provides the perfect climate and geography for growing the Pinot Grigio varietal. Matured in steel vats for 7 months after fermentation. There is a layered honey aspect with herbs to the usual pear/apple taste and a full, long finish.
