Grape: Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes: Pineapple, Grapefruit, White peaches, Fresh cut grass
Casas Patronales' history began in 1990, when three good friends decided to plant the first vineyards in their family plots. Then, in 2001, they began a process of renovating and enlarging an old wine cellar, bringing in high-technology equipment to produce notable wines.
The Casas Sauvignon Blanc is very streamlined with classic notes and balanced acidity. It is friendly and very lively on the palate, with pineapple, freshly cut grass, hints of lemon, citrus, green apples and noticeable minerality. This wine pairs well with lean fish, ceviche and salad and is perfect as an aperitif.
