TASTING NOTES - Aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits such as grapefruit, orange and pineapple, apple, pear and mango and a light touch of banana. Fresh on the palate with bountiful acidity. Well-balanced softness and tang make it both inviting and intriguing.
PRODUCTION NOTES - Cold maceration for 10 days and alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in steel tanks.
