The viticultural origin of the Trimbach family dates back to 1626, when Jean Trimbach, was recognized as a citizen of Riquewihr. From then on, the Trimbach’s were renowned for their wine growing. While the family’s reputation was built on Riesling and Pinot Gris, we’ve been rolling with this little gem for some time now and after retasting it recently, we decided to give it a little love. A blend of Pinot Blanc and a varietal called Pinot Auxerrois, this is bright and fresh with floral notes, flavors of white peach and apricot, and a crisp acidity on the finish.
